Recently I was thinking how different the light is, in different cities. This is mid-afternoon coffee in Hanoi a few years ago--with the very specific combination of unsalted sunflower seeds with coffee. Though the shells get stuck in my pointy teeth, the contrast with the rich coffee is surprisingly pleasing.
